Does it work with my own website?
Yes. Add your Business booking flow straight to your existing website, or use a hosted booking page, whichever you prefer.
What kinds of bookings can I run?
One-off workshops, multi-session courses, drop-ins, private group bookings, events, open studio, punchpass and class packs, and memberships, depending on your plan.
Who pays the per-booking fee?
It's up to you. You can absorb the small per-booking fee, or pass it on to the participant at checkout.
How much does it cost?
Three plans: Situationship (€19,99/mo), Dating (€59,99/mo, our core plan) and Married (€129,99/mo), plus a small per-booking fee. 20% off for the first 3 months, limited spots available.
What do you actually mean by “admin”?
More than you'd think, and often more than you realise. Creating invoices for group bookings, chasing and reconciling payments, answering the same questions by email, sending confirmations and reminders, handling cancellations and refunds, keeping your calendar straight across channels. Each feels small, but together they quietly eat your week. Business brings it all into one place, so you get the oversight back.
How does Business actually save me time (and headspace)?
It takes all of that off your plate automatically. Payment is collected the moment someone books, confirmations, reminders, invoices and refunds send themselves, and everything lands in one overview. You stop doing it by hand and start just checking in. You might not realise how much mental space it was quietly using until you're finally digging in the projects you've filed under “when I have time.”
Why Business and not a tool I already use?
Most booking tools are built for gyms, restaurants or events, so you end up bending your studio to fit them, or duct-taping a few together. Business is built for creative hosts from the ground up: it runs the booking types you actually offer (workshops, courses, open studio, memberships), sits on your own website in your own look and feel, and gives you insights made for a studio, not a spin class.

Yes. Every Let's Flip host joins the Let's Flip host community: shared playbooks and templates, the key learnings we've gathered from dozens of studios, and other creative hosts to swap ideas and team up with. You run your studio solo, but you don't have to figure it all out alone.
